ISP Cap Monopoly

This is just what we need now ISP to cap our internet. I just renewed my internet and now I get a 4 gb cap per day. Now if I want it a monthly cap I have to pay extra to get a monthly cap of about 100 to 150 gb download. Internet should not be caped if MOC is not giving any new connections or the ISPs are not willing to upgrading their bandwidth, because they dont wana pay more, then why do we people have to pay the price.  http://twitition.com/28ukj

    I come back from the US to see VIVA implementing the Data Caps and the others follow suit! It’s truly a dark few months in our history!
